		<description>Rob,
Here is an easy stretch for you to try: stand with both feet facing forward. Now, turn your left foot until your toes are facing your right heel.

Next, simply turn your hips toward the right to line up with your left foot. Do not allow your hips to slide and do not bounce. Simply turn until you feel the stretch in your hip and hold it for 7-10 seconds.

Stop if you have any pain other than an easy stretch sensation.

consult your doctor if you have any history of hip dysplasia or hip injury.

<description>Thanks for the comment Steve! I think you are correct that my right toe flares out in order to allow my hips to rotate more. Could be due to a lack of flexibility. I want that toe pointing straight out to restrict that rotation and quiet down my lower body.

Maybe someday I&#039;ll look into a golf fitness person, but for now I think I&#039;ll train myself the old fashioned way...using the internet!

<description>Hard to see with the fast play but I&#039;m wondering if your right hip isn&#039;t tight and in need of some stretch and stability. The toe out may be compensation for that tightness...Just a thought. Otherwise a good follow through and full swing arc. I wish that was my swing.

Not sure where you are from but you might want to contact gologolffitness for a golf body screen and train to engrain program.
